Binswood Retirement Village, Leamington Spa

We are now into Phase 3 of the Grade II* listed Victorian Gothic Binswood Hall, formerly known as North Leamington College. This been beautifully restored and forms the centrepiece of the new Audley Binswood retirement village. Our Heritage Rainwater Goods have been used to help retain all the character and majesty of the original building.
